Information about products on Australia’s Warehouse Website is based on material provided by suppliers and product manufacturers.

In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order (including because a product has become unavailable or we cease selling the product for any reason whatsoever), we will provide a full refund of any payment received. We will not be liable to you for any other loss.

Australia’s Warehouse reserves the right to adjust any sale price at any given time for any reason whatsoever.

Your feedback to Australia’s Warehouse is always welcome. Please remember that any ideas, concepts, comments or suggestions forwarded from you may be used by Australia’s Warehouse without further reference to you, and without payment to you or any other liability being incurred by Australia’s Warehouse.

The terms and conditions apply to users of the Australia’s Warehouse website. By using this site, you accept and agree to these terms. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions.
Australia’s Warehouse updates this website regularly; we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us or by manufacturers or suppliers changing product specifications without notice to us.
Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website.
It is essential that you use the written description of each product when deciding to purchase a product from Australia’s Warehouse.

To the extent permitted by law, Australia’s Warehouse does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Australia’s Warehouse.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. The prices indicated exclude freight and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice. Australia’s Warehouse will at all time use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged or not in their original packaging. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer liable for any return shipping costs. Once goods have been received by Australia’s Warehouse, assessed and approved, a refund or exchange will be issued. Postage and handling charges of returned products are not refundable unless a product is deemed faulty by the supplier or repair agent. It is up to the discretion of Australia’s Warehouse to not accept returns for certain items for hygiene.
Australia’s Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Australia’s Warehouse takes pride in supplying quality products. If goods are found to have a major fault as a result of manufacturing defect, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will then work out the best way to rectify this. Australia’s Warehouse reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment and exchange or refund being refused by the manufacturer.

SHIPPING TIME
All boxed orders are shipped out within 24 business hours of being processed. Delivery is quoted between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location within Australia. All box orders are delivered by Auspost and their contracted third party independent couriers. We do not deliver large items to PO Boxes. Auspost does not call prior to delivery.
Fresh Express Orders are delivered within the delivery window time frame selected by the customer at checkout. These orders are delivered by our own courier company, using refrigerated vans.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location. Shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout including mobiles. Check its working on mobile.
Please ensure you open your parcel and check all items are included and are undamaged. Items purchased from Australia’s Warehouse online are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon pick up by the courier. If goods are damaged we suggest to not sign for goods and to contact us within 48 hours of attempted delivery. If goods are signed for please include photos and details of damage within 24 hours. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your goods

Australia’s Warehouse takes great care when packaging your order to avoid damage in transit. Small items and items that are quantity packed may be repackaged. In some cases, items may be split delivered by the couriers and this is out of our control. Generally your other parcels should arrive within 3 days of your initial delivery.

Availability of Products
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We do not keep supply of all items on our website and we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe to advice if your order is out of stock. We will happily organise a refund if a product cannot be supplied.
