• Not satisfied? Send it back. At Auswarehouse, we strive to exceed your expectations with our products and service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or Auswarehouse credit. Refunds are credited back to the original card used at time of purchase. Alternatively, credit notes are credited back to your account to conveniently use on your next order.
You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Please note, we do not accept returns for products that are used or expired.
We accept returns on Box Orders only. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns for Fresh Express items.
All returns must be in their original packaging and unopened.
The item must be returned in safe packaging so as not to damage or alter the condition of the item. Example: Fragile items must be well supported with foam or bubble wrap, and packaged in a box where necessary.
The item is shipped back at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you will receive a full refund or credit note within seven (7) business days along with an email confirmation. Your item may not be eligible for refund if you fail to comply with the above conditions for return.

WHAT TO DO
To return an order:
• Go to Order History tab in My Account and copy the order number of the order you wish to return.
• Supply back and front image attachments of the product/s you want to return.
• Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Returns Request”.
• In the body of the email you must provide the applicable order number and the particular item or items you would like to return and include the reason for the return.
• Pack your return and send it to the address provided to you via email from our customer service department.
• Drop your return off at any Australia Post Office.
• Keep your tracking number handy.
• Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you will receive a full refund or credit note within seven (7) business days along with an email confirmation. Please note: Your item may not be eligible for refund if you fail to comply with the above conditions for return.
