Do I pay membership fees with Australia’s Warehouse?
Nope! No annual membership fees at all! You sign up at Australia’s Warehouse for free!
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to almost every corner of Australia. However, there will be selected areas that are not eligible for the service because of logistical reasons. Just enter your postcode and we will immediately let you know if you’re eligible.
How much does delivery cost on my next orders?
Delivery can be as low as $9.99 depending on your location. Shipping will be calculated by our system according to size of your order, state and location.
When does my order ship?
All orders are processed and sent within 1 business day! We will send you an email when your order is processed and then again when it ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date. So you can always track your order!
Are transactions on your site secure?
Security is super important to us. We use a payment solution that is a validated (Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider and we hold a PCI DSS Merchant Compliance Certificate)
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa card, MasterCard and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept AMEX or Diners Club at this time.
Do you deliver to offices?
Absolutely! Office managers will love Australia’s Warehouse for our low prices, selection and convenience. Keep your team happy with everything from snacks and coffee to office supplies and cleaning products. Can I edit my account information?
Yes! You can edit your own payment method and delivery addresses under My Account.? To edit your email address, just flick our customer service team an email and they will be happy to help.
How do I add or edit a payment method?
To add a payment method, go to My Account > Payments > Add New Credit Card. For your own security, we do not allow you to edit an existing credit card. Any changes must be submitted as a new card.
How do I add or edit an address?
To add an address, go to My Account > Addresses > Add New Address. To edit your address, go to My Account > Addresses > Edit.
I forgot my password - what do I do?
No worries, it happens to the best of us! Select 'Forgot Password' at the Sign In page and enter your email address. We will send you a new password.
How do I reset my password?
Go to My Account > Change Password.
Why are some items missing from my cart?
Placing items in your cart doesn't reserve them. If an item is missing, it’s because it sold out or is no longer available. Check out fast before they sell out!
Why can I only order a certain quantity of an item?
Due to high demand, we have quantity limits on certain products. If you are placing a large order for your business, please email email@example.com
I just placed my order but I forgot to apply my promo code, what now?
Email our customer support team, they will fix it for you! (They are that good!)
Can I edit my shipping address?
The time between ordering, processing and dispatching is short but if you need to make changes to the delivery location, reach out to customer support - they will try their best to help you.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I've received damaged items?
We’ve made sure that all your products are professionally packed in the right sized boxes so it will be highly unlikely to receive damaged items. However, if something has gone wrong, reach out to our customer (support team) for assistance and we will work out the return details for you.
What if I've received an incorrect item?
Let us know! We will send out the correct item and work out the return details for you. |
How can I track my order?
We will email you when your order has been shipped out. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date so you can keep a track of your order.
Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for an Auswarehouse credit. You have up to 14 days from the purchase date. Read our Return Policy here to check conditions and get the process underway.
Why isn''t my promo code applying?
Check that you are registered and signed into your Auswarehouse account? Does your order meet the minimum amount in the promo terms? If you have checked and are still having trouble just contact our to our customer support team.

How does my order get delivered?
We ship with Australia Post. All orders are professionally packed in boxes. Due to the size of most of our items, large orders may arrive in multiple boxes. Auspost delivers Monday to Friday.
Do you deliver to my area?
We ship using Auspost everywhere in Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to PO Boxes. (Our boxes are too big to qualify).
How much does shipping cost on my next orders?
Shipping cost will vary according to your location. Shipping starts as low as $9.99. Select the delivery calculator (red truck icon) to calculate your shipping cost. Shipping amount will as well be displayed on the checkout page.

What if I’m not home to receive my order through Auspost
Auspost delivers to your door but if you’re not home, Auspost will leave a card for you to pick up from your closest Auspost office.
